Halloween is right around the corner and hands down one of the best times of the year — I’d even go as far as saying: the BEST holiday!
It’s all the fun of any other holiday, minus the uncomfortable dressup clothing, all the cooking, and the forced family interactions.
And the absolute best part: Halloween costumes!
Yeah, you might be wearing an intense DIY costume. Sure it may actually be a little awkward, but it’s fun! You know people will be discussing it, laughing about it, and you’ll have a conversation topic all night.
It’s the one time of the year where you can dress however the ef you want and not be judged for it.
Whether you’re taking the traditional route and going for a Disney princess or opting for a couples costume, you don't have to hold back. Because somewhere, someone out there will love your costume just as much as you.
This year, however, we’re taking things a step forward and showing our support for feminist Halloween costumes.
It’s been very interesting (to say the least) watching these costumes become trendy the past couple years, especially with all the differences and discussion surrounding feminism.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with a woman opting out of a sexy Halloween costumes — same can be said if she decides to go that route.
In all fairness bunnies aren’t all that sexy ... bunnies are cute. (Just being real here.)
