Dr. Maria Sampalis practices optometry in Cranston, Rhode Island, where she uses cutting-edge technology to diagnose and treat refractive errors and ocular disease.
A graduate of the New England College of Optometry, Dr. Sampalis also trained in fitting contact lenses for all prescriptions. She was named young OD of the year in Rhode Island in 2016 and Most Influential Woman in Optical in 2019.
Dr. Sampalis serves on the Rhode Island state Board of Health and lectures around the U.S. on various topics in optometry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and watching sports.
