Austin O'Connor's Football Recruiting Profile

Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Austin O'Connor, but many people call me OC. I am a junior in highschool. I never really played football, other than in gym, until freshman year of school. Since then I fell in love with the sport and I have found this is a way to unlease rage and dominance while having fun and working hard. I was always picked on because of my size, until I started to learn how to truly use it. Now people fear me when they see me on the field and off.

Football has also helped me gain new insight in life. I see the field as a puzzle. I am able to see each and every one of the 11 pieces to it, and I know how to solve every problem. I study all positions and players I might have to block in the game, from a definsive lineman, to a safety on a run play. I constantly study and know how to beat my oponents.

I pride myself on being a hard worker who never quits, even after I broke my hand in a game and finished the season. I am proud to call myself a dominant lineman, and hope all coaches agree with me. I want to play division 1 football and thank everyone for helping me and anyone who gives me a chance, and i promise, no one will be disappointed.
