Botched star Sammy Krieger is the Kim Kardashian lookalike known as Big Booty Queen. She returned to the E! show for help after her breast lift left her with a chest pointing in “different directions”.
After three BBLs, Sammy was planning her fourth, but actually had one breast problem she had to fix. The Botched star decided that Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow would be the perfect people to help.

Sammy Krieger spent $100K on surgery
Sammy has spent $100,000 on plastic surgery as she embraces being a “thick girl”. Within those surgeries is three BBLs, but her friend warned her she “doesn’t need another BBL” as she contemplated a fourth.
Her friend told her, “You have a perfect butt, your butt’s huge, girl.” However, Sammy reassured her bestie that getting another was “what’s going to make her pop on her page, especially on the backside.”
Sammy’s next plan is to get her boobs done. She first went viral on Instagram for being a “thicker girl,” which made her think she wants to “keep getting surgeries” – so it’s no surprise her surgery book is filled.
She wants Botched to fix breasts
Sammy revealed her breasts look like “two googly eyes going in different directions” after her recent boob lift. “After my lift, I thought they were going to settle, and they didn’t,” she added.
The Oregon model and influencer claimed on season 8 episode 13, “Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif will know exactly what I should do.” Dr. Dubrow said she doesn’t have fat necrosis that many surgery patients have.
Her breasts were 1.5cm different, with Dr. Paul Nassif telling her she “doesn’t need breast implants,” before adding: “Sometimes the best plastic surgery is no plastic surgery at all.”

Botched doc warns Sammy of BBL risks
Dr. Terry Dubrow told Sammy she “doesn’t need any more fat in her butt,” which she felt “very happy” about. He told her “enough is enough,” before the influencer walked out with no more surgery.
She wanted to do a breast lift instead of implants, as she’d heard of the rare occasion girls were “getting sick”. This is despite the risk of getting a BBL being very high, as a death is one in 3,000, said Dubrow.
He also said that, every time she gets a BBL, it increases the risk of fatality. Nassif said: “You may feel you have squareness, but when you take photos, nobody will notice.”
