Brooklyn Sudano Husband Mike McGlafin Is A Footwear Designer

Brooklyn parents were popular singers and songwriters Donna Summer and Bruce Sudano. Donna and Bruce exchanged their vows in July 1980.

Donna was previously married to actor Helmuth Sommer; they were married for three years before they got divorced in 1976. She also had a child named Natalia Pia Melanie Sommer with her first partner.

Apart from Brooklyn, Donna and Bruce welcomed their second kid named Amanda in 1982. Amanda walked in her parents' footsteps and pursued a career in music; she is known for being a member of the musical duo Johnnyswim.

The Sudano family has relocated several times to different parts of the USA such as Thousand Oaks, Connecticut, Nashville, Florida, and Manhattan.

Summer was widely known as the "Queen of Disco". During her music career, she sold over 100 million records around the globe and is also the recipient of five Grammy Awards.

She became an international sensation with her songs "I Feel Love," and "Love To Love You Baby" for which she worked with music producers Pete Bellotte and Giorgio Moroder.

The "Queen of Disco" has dropped hit songs such as "Heaven Knows," "Last Dance," "Bad Girls," and "Hot Stuff." She has released 17 studio albums throughout her music career.

Sadly, the singer passed away on May 17, 2012, at the age of 63.

Father Bruce Sudano

Bruce began his musical journey as a keyboard player in the band Alive N Kickin' which he founded with Pepe Cardona. In 1977, he formed another band named Brooklyn Dreams with Joe Esposito and Eddie Hokenson.

The band has collaborated with Donna and has co-written several songs together. After releasing numerous hit songs Brooklyn Dreams disbanded in 1980. Brue then started his musical journey as a solo artist.

In 1981, he released his first solo album titled "The Fugitive Kind." Sudano has created for well-known artists such as Dolly Parton, Michael Jackson and Reba McEntire. He also owns a record label known as Purple Heart Recording Company.
