Colona resident Cody D. Barnes was 24 years old at the time of his death. On December 6, 2021, he died.

The Catholic Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Silvis hosted his funeral ceremonies. Following the conclusion of all other proceedings, the burial took place at East Moline’s St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Who Was Cody Barnes?

He also leaves many cousins, aunts, and uncles behind. His East Moline-based siblings, Ashley Moreno and Jacob Barnes, are also among the living. 

Ashley Moreno is wed to Adrian, while Jacob Barnes is wed to Brittanie. All of his forefathers had died long before he was even born.

This included his grandmother June Barnes, his uncle John Barnes, and his great-grandparents, Jack and Madeline Cosgrave. 

Before he was even born, all of his ancestors had already died. All of his forefathers had already entered into their heavenly recompense.
