Dr Pimple Popper has seen and removed many lipomas in her time, but Tim’s back lipoma was definitely the heaviest of them all.
The TLC show has provided popaholics with endless hours of entertainment, so as we patiently wait for a new season announcement, let’s throw it back to Tim’s humongous back lipoma.
Dr Pimple Popper patient Tim has 10-year-old ‘huge’ back lipoma
Tim had been suffering with his back lipoma for over 10 years when he noticed a small lump. He’s now wondering how big it’ll get without any help.
It’s so heavy, that he’s now walking with a limp carrying the extra weight around, and has to be careful he doesn’t hit it.
Like many of Dr Pimple Popper‘s patients, he has seen doctors before, however, nothing has come of it.
He’s single with no kids and says he regrets ‘hiding away’ and not going out because of his lump. He says it’s now time to get rid of it, so he can live his life to the fullest.
Dr Sandra Lee ‘can’t guarantee’ she’s going to be able to remove it
Upon visiting Dr Pimple Popper’s office, she takes a further look and says she can’t guarantee she’ll be able to move Tim’s full lipoma. Of course, she’s going to try though.
Going ahead with the surgery, Sandra calls it a “world-record-breaking lipoma.” Due to it being so big, even Dr Lee is having trouble getting to the bottom and removing the ‘stubborn’ lipoma.
After a lot of pulling, popping, and squelching, Dr Lee finally gets to the bottom of the “melon-sized lipoma,” and it is humongous, to say the least.
As well as being an iconic pimple popper, Dr Sandra Lee is also the mother of two boys. She then reveals neither were as big or as heavy as Tim’s lipoma. Now that’s a statement and a half!
She then places the whopper on a scale coming in at a huge 12 pounds and 9 ounces, breaking the internet lipoma record.

The aftermath
Two months after his surgery, Tim says the removal has “changed everything” for him. He now feels lighter and can move easier.
His lipoma previously held him back from going to social gatherings, but now he’s back to his old social butterfly ways.
“Dr Lee changed my life, she’s an awesome lady!” he exclaimed.
