Personal Statement

Dear College Coaches,

I aspire to achieve my personal best not only in academics and on the court.... but also in LIFE.  I am going into my senour year at Battle Ground Academy High School and playing for the Wildcats varsity basketball team.  I continue to work very hard to make good grades.  I continue making honor roll and received Honors for my academic achievements my Freshman year and was recognized as Summa Cum Laude for maintaining a GPA of 4.0 or higher.  Basketball is my passion and pretty much a HUGE part of my every day life.  I live and breath basketball and am always training hard to get better.  Apart from my devotion to God, Family and Friends...having the opportunity to play Division 1 College Basketball would literally be a dream come true!   When I play for my team(s) I don't play selfish and try to contribute in whatever way I can to help my team WIN.  I typically play as a combo guard, playing both the point or as a shooting guard.  I'm well rounded in most areas of the game such as ball handling, passing, and shooting and defending. I'm personable, coachable, and eager to progress in the game of basketball.
