Kiana Tom is an American television host, fitness expert, actress, author, and businesswoman. She is best known for creating and hosting the ESPN television series Kiana’s Flex Appeal. Tom was born in Maui, Hawaii in March 1965 and was a cast member of the TV series BodyShaping on ESPN from 1990 to 1998.
Tom created and co-produced Kiana’s Flex Appeal as well as hosted the show. She also appeared on the ESPN series Kiana’s Too Fit 2 Quit, Hot Summer Nights with Kiana, and summer Sizzle with Kiana. As an actress, she starred in the movies Cyber Bandits in 1995 and Universal Soldier: The Return in 1999.
In addition to her television and film work, Tom co-authored the book Kiana’s Body Sculpting. She was also an Oakland Raiders cheerleader and posed in Playboy in 2002. Tom was honored by the United States Sports Academy and her father Layne Tom Jr. was an actor as well.
