Personal Statement

My dream has always been to play softball in college. Now that the time is getting closer, I've been thinking about it more seriously and realistically. Sports have always been a huge part of my life, especially softball. I also play soccer, basketball, and track, so I am used to the demanding and busy schedule that would come with being on a collegiate softball team. I am very passionate about softball and my uniform is always dirty after every game! On my travel team last summer, I was the only player who played every inning, of every game, of every tournament. I don't like to disappoint. While participating in these various sports, I manage to keep my GPA up to a 3.9 as school and academics are also very important to me. In my school, I am a part of the National Honor Society and a community service club, which helps makes me a very well rounded person.
