Personal Statement

I love playing soccer and my goal is to continue this journey and play at the collegiate level.  Each time I play I look for opportunities to improve myself as a player, and teammate. Soccer has given me the skills to perform under pressure and increase my mental toughness and decision-making skills in all areas of life. As a team player, I will communicate effectively and provide support by encouraging others to persevere in all circumstances.  I want to find a school environment that fits me as an individual, as a student, and athlete. If given the opportunity to play at the collegiate level, I will bring commitment, energy, and excitement to the game. I'll have a good time doing it, and I'll make sure others do to.
