Robinson, who was identified as the driver of the vehicle, allegedly appeared intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. Officers said in their report that "his speech was mumbled and his body was slightly swaying side to side."
According to the report, Robinson told police that he had two drinks starting at 10 p.m. and stopped drinking at 11 p.m., nearly seven hours before the collision occurred at 5:45 a.m. He also said that he wasn't under the influence of any other substances and he was on his way to the Vdara, which is located next to the Aria.
Robinson was arrested on a misdemeanor charge and the judge released him on his own recognizance. Charns noted that court records indicated he's expected back in court for a status check on June 4.
The 24-year-old appeared in six games for the Raiders in 2023 and recorded eight total tackles, one sack and two quarterback hits. He has one year remaining on his contract and will have a base salary of $985,000 for the 2024 season.
