Nic Kerdiles has recently stood after battling COVID-19 and went through many mental challenges and illnesses.

He told the sources about his suicidal attempt because having “a lot of alcohol” and using a lot of pills frustrated him and led him to commit suicide.

“I don’t know where I was at in my mental state, but between the depression, anxiety, the COVID effects, the medication, the alcohol, I did something that I never thought I would ever do,” said the former pro hockey player.

After the attempt of suicide Todd and Savannah Chrisley supported him and share the story of their struggles on social media to give back to Nic Kerdiles.

After hearing the news from the TMZ about his suicidal attempt, the stars of the “Chrisley Knows Best” went to social media to give “power back.” 

Savannah started making videos and sharing the statistics with the audience about the mental illness that happened during the coronavirus; she also talked about the increase in anxiety and depression due to the pandemic.

While thanking their support, Kerdiles added, “I’m super grateful to be here today.”

Nic Kerdiels was very attached to the Chrislthey families, and after breaking the engagement with Savannah, he had to go through mental challenges.

However, for this, Todd apologized to him for making his personal life so open to the media as it was unbearable for him.

Todd Chrisley said: “We have to stop allowing the media to use our heartbreak and our misfortune for their financial gain, We have to stop that.”

Chrisley patriarch said: “You don’t deserve the fishbowl lifestyle that you’ve inherited because of us, so for that I apologize,”

Todd expressed his further feelings about the scenario: “Mental illness should not be made fun of, should not be taken lightly, and we should do everything in our power to lift those struggling up, not pay them to tear someone down.”

In 2017, Kerdiles began dating Savannah Chrisley, and after one year of dating, the two got engaged in 2018 with their family’s involvement.

However, in 2020, the couple parted ways due to some reasons, and Savannah Chrisley revealed the news.
