The former pro basketball player recently made news when he was arrested after an alleged drive-by shooting on Wednesday in Washington. After his arrest, Kemp was booked into a Pierce County (Washington) jail. 

According to Tacoma authorities, an altercation broke out between two cars at around 2 PM. Gunshots were also fired. One car fled the scene, and cops recovered a gun. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Details about the alleged incident have yet to be revealed to the public. Neither Kemp nor his team has made any comment regarding his arrest. 

Shawn Kemp played for four teams in his 14-year pro basketball career. He was voted as an All-Star six times during his illustrious career.
