Mazzarini Sr. was preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Mazzarini and Firenze Persi Mazzarini, as well as his daughter, Annette Mazzarini, and his siblings, Daniel, Frederick, Louis, and Mary Pellarin. While we mourn their loss as well, we take comfort in knowing that Anthony’s legacy lives on through his devoted wife Patricia and their children: Karen Mazzarini of Holiday, Patty Balk of Holiday, Donna Palladino (Jerry) of Hudson, Florida, Diane Popek (Jeff) of Mount, Merita Smith of Oakdale, Anthony Mazzarini Jr. (Michelle) of Scott Township, and Janet Mazzarini (Lawson) of Moon Township.

Anthony J. Mazzarini Sr. is also survived by a large number of nieces, nephews, and relatives, who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.
