Claims that Tom Sandoval was reportedly ‘fired’ before launching his new production business have been rejected by a source. In the latest news on the Vanderpump Rules star, Sandoval filed for an LLC and was later allegedly pushed out of the restaurant he co-owned, Schwartz and Sandy’s, with his best friend Tom Schwartz. At least, that is according to The Sun. Yet a source has told Reality Titbit that is not the case.
It’s been a wild year for Tom Sandoval news. He was discovered to be cheating on his ten-year girlfriend, Ariana Madix, with her friend, Raquel Leviss, in a wild cheating scandal on Vanderpump Rules. Since then, Tom has reportedly been fired from Schwartz and Sandy’s and opened his own business.
Tom Sandoval allegedly ‘fired’
Claims that Tom Sandoval was fired from Schwartz and Sandy’s, which he co-founded with his best friend, Tom Schwartz, surfaced earlier this week. His band, The Most Extras, allegedly caused tension while opening the restaurant.
However, a source told Reality Titbit that Sandoval was not fired. He officially filed an LLC for The Most Extras in January 2023, listing himself as the CEO and manager. The band’s first tour stop is in February.
Schwartz revealed on Vanderpump Rules: “There was a three-month stretch where he just disappeared. I could not get through to him. I sat him down and told him, ‘We’re going to run out of money.'”
He filed for an LLC
Tom indicated that his new business was for a podcast. Days after the filing, the TV personality announced his new podcast, Everybody Loves Tom, in a promo video where he’s seen taking off his T-shirt.
The bio for the Apple podcast reads: “It’s been 7 months since Scandoval began, and now, Tom is finally telling his side of things.” The podcast is called Everybody Loves Tom, and will involve celebrity guests.
Sandoval has since dropped new episodes featuring his bestie Schwartz and special guests Jerry O’Connell, Jack Osbourne, JoJo Siwa, Teddi Mellencamp, and Tamra Judge.

Sandoval launches new business
Sandoval has launched a new business, 551 Productions. He filed an LLC (or Limited Liability Company) for a new business, 551 Productions, as per The Sun.
According to the California LLC filing, Tom filed paperwork on September 22, 2023, for 551 Productions, LLC, which is managed solely by himself. 551 was the street number for the apartment he used to live in.
The registered corporate agent is Cogency Global Inc., a leading provider of nationwide registered agents for all industries. He listed his address to his Valley Village home he shares with ex Ariana on the filing.
