Fans of Formula 1 have been bombarding social media with questions regarding Ted Kravitz.
The new F1 2019 season launched on Sunday, March 17th, with the Australian Grand Prix, although fan-favourite Sky Sports presenter Ted was MIA.

Who is Ted Kravitz?
Ted is a long-standing British Formula One reporter, working in the pit-lane for Sky Sports F1.
The 41-year-old journalist and TV presenter started his career on ITV before switching over to the BBC and winding up on Sky in 2012 as they took over the F1 coverage rights.
He has three daughters.
What happened to Ted Kravitz on F1 2019?
In late February 2019, there was speculation that Ted had been dropped from the Sky team following seven years of stellar service.
Reports speculated that Ted had been sacked by Sky Sports due to a disagreement with new Head of F1, Scott Young.
However, Sky confirmed in a press release that this was not the case.
Ted was confirmed as part of the line-up alongside Rachel Brookes, Martin Brundle, Jenson Button, David Croft, Anthony Davidson, Paul di Resta, Johnny Herbert, Damon Hill, Simon Lazenby, Natalie Pinkham and Nico Rosberg.

Despite this, fans kick-started petition to get Ted back on screen and tweeted out an array of hashtags – #wherested, #tedgate, #saveted – as Ted was nowhere to be the seen for the Australian Grand Prix.
And, lightning struck twice, as Ted was absent from the Bahrain Grand Prix (Sunday, March 31st)
When will Ted Kravitz be back?
Fortunately, Sky Sports confirmed that Ted will be back on their F1 roster for the Chinese Grand Prix (Sunday, 14th April).
