Who Were The Coworkers That Meagan Hall Illicit Affairs With?
This scandalous story in the world of local law enforcement is one that has astonished the community and raised eyebrows wherever it has been heard.
Married police officer Maegan Hall has been the primary focus of attention, with explicit details emerging regarding her alleged illicit romps and steamy affairs with six male colleagues, occurring even while on the job.
This inappropriate behavior has resulted in a dismissal for Hall, as well as several of her coworkers – Sergeant Lewis Powell, Officer Juan Lugo, Sergeant Ty McGowan, and Detective Seneca Shields – due to these patterns of violations within the ranks.
While such behavior can never be condoned or accepted by those charged with upholding the law, this case certainly provides an invaluable lesson to all involved.
Meagan Hall, former police chief in La Vergne, had illicit relationships with coworkers Patrick Magliocco and Larry Holladay over a number of years. Allegations included a threesome between Hall, Magliocco, and Magliocco’s wife as well as other s*xual encounters on land and at sea.
The Mayor received a tip-off about these meetings which led to interrogations. Magliocco revealed he had “numerous” s*xual encounters with Hall and also spoke about seeing Hall kiss his colleague Holladay at a football viewing party, confessing that his wife Amy had also been kissed by Hall during an open marriage encounter.
The two officers still kept their jobs but were suspended for the duration that followed.
On Meagan Hall’s reported arrangement with her coworkers, the Magliocco’s, to have a threesome against the protestations of her husband reportedly “not being on board” with it.
Hall had also allegedly bragged about her coworker Powell’s “big black d*,” and said he performed a s*x act on him while they were on duty.
When initially asked about the allegations, Powell denied any s*xual contact with Hall but did name Holladay and McGowan as potential lovers; however, he was later caught lying in an interview follow-up and admitted to having been unfaithful.
Meagan Hall had more than just coworkers, as she also allegedly had multiple s*xual relationships with four of them.
According to an investigation by police, Powell was involved in a domestic disturbance with his wife after she found out about one of these encounters. After hearing the news, Holladay and McGowan also admitted their relations with Hall.
Initially denying the allegations at first, Hall ended up confessing and admitted to having s*x with Lugo at a motel as well. It appears that everyone found out eventually, but it’s safe to say her coworkers were all involved in some way or another!
Meagan Hall’s coworkers came under scrutiny after it was reported that during a “girls gone wild” party, Meagan had been force-fed vodka and taken off her shirt.
Initially denying the claims, Lugo came clean during a second interrogation and provided more information concerning Meagan’s mental health and drinking.
He even shared how he once saw her point an empty gun at her head and pull the trigger in order to hear what it sounded like.
It became apparent to everyone just how serious Meagan’s mental illness was and why her coworkers had chosen to protect her from embarrassment by covering her up.
What happened with her co-workers?
After reviewing evidence and conducting interviews, HR Director Andrew Patton found that officers Lugo, Powell, and Shields had violated police procedures by engaging in s*xual behavior while on duty and participating in s*xual harassment.
He also observed Meagan Hall’s coworkers choking her during the investigation into their conduct.
The report issued penalties to all eight of the officers involved for “s*xual activity while on duty, s*xual harassment, conduct unbecoming of an officer, and lying during the course of the investigation.”
Patton mentioned that p*rnography and other offensive materials in the workplace constitute forms of s*xual harassment which can lead to a hostile work environment.
His comments highlighted just how serious these violations were–especially since they reached well beyond police procedure.
