My athletic journey began with significant success in the NJCAA, where I earned All-American honors in the long sprints. This early accomplishment set the stage for my collegiate career at Coppin State University from 2003 to 2005, where I continued to excel in track and field, laying a solid foundation for my future in sports.

Transitioning into coaching, my career spans several esteemed institutions, including the University of Tennessee, Boston University, and Georgetown University. At the University of Tennessee, I excelled as the Track and Field Recruiting Coordinator, leading the recruitment of one of the top 15 classes nationally for the 2022-2023 season. My strategic insights and ability to identify promising talent have been pivotal in shaping the careers of numerous student-athletes.

My tenure at Western Carolina University and Wesley College further showcases my expertise in athlete development and program management, with a focus on fostering both athletic and academic excellence. My deep connection to HBCUs, as an alumnus of Coppin State University and Delaware State University, underscores my commitment to education and the transformative impact of sports.

Holding certifications such as USTFCCCA Sprints & Hurdle and USA Track and Field Coach Level I, and accolades including the 2017 USATF Best Staff of Meet Management and 2016 Patriot League Staff of the Year, my dedication to excellence in coaching is evident.

In my role at NCSA, I leverage my rich background in collegiate athletics, recruitment, and athlete mentorship. I’m passionate about guiding young talents through the complexities of college sports, emphasizing not only athletic achievement but also character development and academic success.

My journey from a NJCAA All-American athlete to a respected NCSA Recruiting Specialist is a testament to my belief in the transformative power of sports. I continue to inspire, guide, and support the next generation of student-athletes, helping them to realize their dreams and achieve their full potential.
