Personal Statement

I currently play club soccer for the Minneapolis United Inferno and have a strong interest in playing soccer at the highest collegiate level.  I also have a high level of dedication in the classroom, and will be looking for a school that can challenge me both academically and athletically.  Specific to soccer, I am looking for a successful program with a primary focus on possession based tactics supported by highly technical and high soccer IQ teammates.

Some highlights of my soccer career to date are as follows:

Played a year up in age group the last (4) years
Played in the MRL Premier 1 league
Team was State Champions and Regional semi-finalists in 2014
Freshman starting center mid-fielder for high school team (approximately 2000 students) that finished 4th in the Minnesota large school state tournament.
Only Freshman in the conference to receive all-conference honors
