He is responsible for training and assessing technicians as well among a plethora of other things.

While the exact figures are not clear, a report in Distractify claims that the show’s main cast from the original series earns around $1000 to $1500 per episode.
However, the couples who appear on its various spin-offs earn $500 to $1,000 per episode.
Given that Happily Ever After is the companion series and the OG one, Jovi and Yara would be making between $500 to $1,000 as mentioned above.
