No, Chloe is not related to Amy Childs.
However, fans have pointed out that Brockett and some of the other newbies do resemble older TOWIE cast members.
Speaking on Twitter, one fan said “Towie has travelled back over 10 years this new girl and lad remind me of Amy and Harry #TOWIE”
Who is Amy Childs?
Amy Childs is a model and reality TV star.
She appeared on The Only Way Is Essex between 2010 and 2011, and later went on to star in other reality shows such as Celebrity Big Brother and Channel 4’s The Jump.
Since leaving her TOWIE days behind her, Amy has become a mother and recently gave birth to her second child.

According to Bustle, Clare is a 42-year-old black cab driver.
