Our beloved, Oscar Alexander Butts, Jr. was called to his heavenly home Tuesday, April 20, 2021. Oscar, affectionately known as “Bubba,” was born Saturday, February 12, 1955 in the South Norfolk area of Chesapeake, Virginia, to the late Oscar and Lola Mae Butts. He is predeceased by his sisters, Velma Griffin and Rosalind Smith. Oscar matriculated, as a student, through the Chesapeake Public Schools system.
