"When Torii (Hunter) was in center, he was one of the best," Crisp said. "He still has to be one of the best if he moves back to center. He’s always impressed me."

Hunter has established himself as one of the best defensive center fielders in the game of baseball. He has won nine Gold Glove awards and is a four-time All-Star.

During his time in Minnesota, Hunter was known for his incredible catches in the outfield and his speed on the basepaths. In 2008, he join the Angels as a free agent and continued to dazzle on the field.

Despite moving to right field and designated hitter for some of 2010, Hunter still can make an impact with his bat. In his three seasons with the Angels, Hunter has averaged 22 homers per season.

It's the consistency from Hunter that continues to amaze Crisp.

"I think when I was coming up, watching Torii play center really helped me a lot," Crisp said.

This past season, Crisp got to see Hunter on a consistent basis again after both were rivals in the American League Central from 2002-05.
