Rosal (Joy) Jones, age 65, of Norfolk, VA, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was a dearly loved mother, grandmother (mama), partner, daughter, aunt, and niece.  Joy was known as a kind hearted, caring, happy, positive, courageous, and God loving spirit. Her beliefs in life were to move with love, to forgive, and have patience.  Joy is preceded in death by her children, grandchildren, and brothers and sisters. She will be greatly missed by her loving family, partner, and close friends....
