Kathleen Moore, a woman from Florida, was last seen around 1 a.m. on November 29 in the Carmel Avenue area of Pasco County, Florida. 

Similarly, Moore's boyfriend, Colin Knapp, was arrested on Monday after the two were seen quarreling the last night she was alive. 

Additionally, law enforcement now has classified the case as a homicide investigation.

Colin Knapp, Katleen Moore's boyfriend, was arrested on Monday and has been charged with second-degree murder. 

During a press conference on Monday evening, Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco said the office was obtaining the information from Knapp, due to which they had delayed speaking to the public. 

One of the detectives explained how cold he was as Knapp didn't even speak a word even after the detectives begged him to tell where the body was. 

However, the deputies discovered Moore's blood on an item of clothing from a dumpster at Harold Seltzer's Steakhouse, where Knapp works, at a county landfill. 

Colin Knapp Charges And Case Details

Colin Knapp has been charged with second-degree murder, as per the authorities. 

According to Sheriff Nocco, Knapp has a long history of domestic violence against other women. He has been charged with ten felonies and nine misdemeanors. 

Kathleen Moore was a single mother who was reported missing on Tuesday after missing work for the second day in a row. Moore's single mother works as a waitress at Whiskey Wings in St. Louis.

As per her friend, Nikki Wallen, at a bar, she cited that Moore has left her car at Wallen's home and returned to New Port Ritchie with her boyfriend.
